Job Description
Join Hemmersbach as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers in Istanbul.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated L2 incidents
- Perform device imaging and deployment via Intune/SCCM
- Support office IT infrastructure
- Document troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system
Qualifications
- 2 years of IT support experience
- Good English and fluent Turkish
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
