Project Manager - Fit Out
Job Description
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from planning through execution and final delivery. Focuses on schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans
- Coordinate with Project Control Manager for scheduling
- Prepare and control project budgets
- Supervise project teams and provide guidance
- Review and follow up on change orders and claims
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture)
- 15 years of proven experience in contracting and interior decoration
