Partner Success Manager

The Partner Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, focusing on ensuring high levels of satisfaction, adoption, and engagement with organizational solutions. The position blends relationship management, account growth, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned enterprise partners
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client support
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of services
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess partner engagement and satisfaction
- Support business reviews and reporting with partners
- Gather and communicate partner feedback to inform continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or partnership management
- Proven record of growth and renewals
- Experience with contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling in B2B or B2C environments
- Knowledge of workforce development, training solutions, and education program management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required
