Job Description
Looking for an HR Manager with knowledge of UAE laws and regulations. Previous experience in a hotel is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Staffing and Recruitment
- Coordinate visa applications with PRO
- Knowledge in using PayTrax
- Timely submission of monthly reports
- Create monthly KPI objectives
- Organize employee files and training sessions
- Ensure employee welfare and safety in staff accommodation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant Specialisation in Human resource studies
- Prior Knowledge on processing visa applications and labour permits
- Knowledgeable in UAE Labor Law
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 1 year experience as HR Manager
