Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical support for daily office activities, managing confidential information, and supporting management and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and HR tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a front-office role
