Business Development Manager
Job Description
Are you a sales-driven professional with a deep understanding of the MENA market? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. You will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in Contractor Management and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for MENA
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners
- Lead regional expansion, with the opportunity to scale a local team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize growth
- Represent us at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Deliver data-driven insights on market trends and performance
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience in MENA
- Expertise in Contractor Management & EOR solutions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Willingness to travel for business across the region
