Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and workflow
- Manage and train staff on food prep and customer service
- Oversee food handling and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Participate in interviewing and hiring new team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management
