Shater Abbas Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Waitress. This role involves operating cash registers, providing exceptional customer service, and actively engaging in upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Effectively communicate menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Actively engage in upselling techniques
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to resolve customer issues
- Assist with additional tasks to support restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable in cash handling
