Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape and elevate the user experience of our web-based healthcare applications. This role offers full ownership of product design at BeWell.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Own, maintain, and evolve the design system
- Act as the primary design owner across products
- Define and improve design processes and rituals
- Support sales and marketing design with visual materials
Qualifications
- Experience as a product, UX, or UI designer for digital products
- Experience designing complex or data-heavy web applications
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Strong English communication skills
- Located in Belgium
