Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
OpenLoop is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team with coordination, communication, and operational tasks while getting hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring healing anywhere. Our tele-health support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, onsite interviews, and virtual interviews across multiple time zones.
- Facilitate onsite interviews, including preparing and organizing interview rooms, ensuring all equipment is tested and functioning properly, and supporting smooth day-of interview logistics.
- Manage all interview logistics, including rooms, materials, and candidate support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a welcoming experience.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Support job postings across platforms and ensure consistent branding.
- Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System and recruiting trackers.
- Assist with sourcing and initial outreach to candidates as needed.
- Support recruiting team with ad hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements.
- Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, TA operations, and candidate experience.
- Take initiative to learn and support across all areas of talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or related field.
- Involvement in college (clubs, athletics, student org leadership, campus jobs, internships, etc.) demonstrating initiative, teamwork, or project ownership.
