Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote support team. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will manage inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Utilize active listening to troubleshoot issues
  • Handle escalated interactions with patience
  • Proficiently utilize CRM software to log every interaction
  • Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and modifications
  • Gather and report customer feedback to product teams

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual call center is desirable
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and high-speed internet
