Job Description
Ascension is hiring a Chief Strategy Officer to lead system-wide planning for our ambulatory, post-acute, and at-home portfolio. We’re seeking a forward-thinking leader with expertise in healthcare delivery, financial oversight, and growth strategy to shape the future of care across settings from surgery centers and urgent care to home health and senior living.
Responsibilities
- Lead system-wide strategic planning for ambulatory, post-acute, and at-home portfolio
- Define and oversee financial targets in support of business goals
- Prepare annual operating budget for assigned service areas
- Evaluate organizational functions and structure for service allocation
- Shape the future of care across surgery centers, urgent care, and senior living
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- 5 years in leadership/management
- MBA or MHA preferred
