Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Trainer specializing in Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) operations. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about teaching and mentoring others in the logistics and warehousing industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for MHE operators focusing on VNA equipment
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MHE operations
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and gaps
- Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning and simulations
- Prepare and maintain training documentation, including manuals and records
