Job Description
JASARA PMC, a premier Program Management Company in the fields of civil engineering and infrastructure development, is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Planning Manager to enhance our exceptional team. As a collaboration between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA takes pride in delivering vital social infrastructure programs that contribute to the objectives of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative. In the role of Senior Planning Manager, you will take charge of planning and scheduling for our large-scale projects, ensuring all project timelines, resources, and objectives are strategically aligned. You will work closely with various stakeholders to monitor progress, identify risks, and propose adjustments to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and scheduling activities for multiple high-profile infrastructure projects
- Develop detailed project schedules outlining key milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Identify and manage risks, implementing effective strategies for project optimization and success
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
- Mentor junior planning staff and promote adherence to best practices in project management
- Analyze project performance data and recommend process enhancements
- Facilitate collaboration among various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling within the construction sector
- Proven experience in managing planning and scheduling for large, complex infrastructure projects
- Prior experience in the KSA or Middle East region is highly preferred
