Job Description
Administrative and HR role responsible for preparing gate passes, maintaining attendance records, handling recruitment documentation, and managing medical insurance for employees.
Responsibilities
- Apply for gate passes, NOC, and work permits
- Prepare monthly administrative and driver attendance records
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, joining forms, and leave requests
- Coordinate onboarding activities
- Add new employees to medical insurance
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as HR Admin or Secretary
