General Manager, Private Beach Club & Residences - Silver Sands Beach (Jeddah, KSA)
Job Description
Provide overall executive leadership for all resort operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guest and member experiences across accommodation, beach, recreation, food and beverage, events, retail, and residential services. Lead and drive commercial strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall executive leadership for all resort operations
- Establish structured resident and member feedback channels
- Evaluate and optimize all operational software systems and digital tools
- Lead, coach, and develop the management and supervisory teams
- Oversee food and beverage strategy and performance
- Lead and drive commercial strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing
- Hold full P&L accountability
- Oversee CAPEX projects from concept through execution
- Act as primary liaison with ownership and corporate stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
- A minimum of three years Middle East-based experience in a Resort Manager, Club Director, or Director of Operations role within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment
