Job Description
Apt Resources is actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with substantial experience in the hospitality and construction sectors for one of it's clients based in Kinshasha, DRC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Collaborate with executive leadership to assess financial performance
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders
- Lead and mentor financial teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or relevant certification (e. g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience
