Job Description
Seasoned and strategic CFO to lead the organization’s financial function within a manufacturing / FMCG environment in Mauritius.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Oversee product costing and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
- Build and mentor high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
