Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Region Reward, HR Admin Manager to lead reward across the Gulf, Africa, and Levant, while managing payroll and HR administration activities for the Gulf countries. This role delivers strategic insight and innovation to support market competitiveness and internal equity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional reward initiatives across Gulf, Africa, and Levant
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration for the Gulf countries
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and external competitiveness
  • Manage job evaluation, reward analytics, budgeting, and reporting
  • Review and update local Reward and HR policies
  • Manage expatriate administration regarding policy, payroll, and tax
  • Maintain HR data governance in SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team

Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Administration
  • Experience within the Gulf, Africa, and Levant Regions
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems
  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
