Job Description
Ensuring the company’s adherence to regulatory standards, mitigating risks, and maintaining a robust governance framework within the UAE insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the corporate governance framework
- Ensure compliance with CBUAE, SCA, DoH, and DHA requirements
- Establish compliance monitoring and corrective action plans
- Act as primary point of contact for regulatory audits
- Oversee compliance for branches outside the UAE
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Governance and Compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Risk
