Manager Catering Inventory & Logistics
Job Description
Develop the Catering Services equipment supply and distribution strategy to ensure that all items of catering and amenity equipment are available for operational use. Leads a team to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and logistics approaches.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for development of catering equipment and beverage supply strategy
- Leads decisions required to balance risks and cost of supply
- Develops logistics strategy to assist with fuel conservation
- Builds and enacts detailed warehousing strategy
- Developing and managing cross-organization relationships
- Planning and introduction of new stock items
- Perform other department duties as directed by Head of Department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics/Supplier management
- Experience in Forecasting, Reporting, Planning and Project Management
- Knowledgeable with Excel, Power BI, ERP and stock control systems
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English
