Job Description
The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. This role requires deep knowledge of Dubai communities, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will manage the end-to-end transaction process while ensuring full compliance with RERA and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and property portals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Provide guidance on market conditions and property values
- Prepare tenancy contracts and sales agreements (Form A/B, F)
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords
- Maintain updated CRM system and manage digital listings
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate regulations and trends
Qualifications
- Must have 1+ years UAE Real Estate Experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
