Senior Logistics Operations Manager
Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing logistics provider, is looking for a highly experienced Senior Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their supply chain operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. This is a hybrid role based in Isa Town, Southern, BH.
Responsibilities
- Directing all aspects of logistics operations (warehousing, inventory, transport)
- Developing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Managing relationships with 3PLs and carriers
- Implementing WMS and TMS systems
- Leading and developing operational teams
- Ensuring compliance with customs requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics (3 years in management)
