Senior Accountant - EXPERIENCE IN UAE REQUIRED
Job Description
Accountant – UAE Experience Required. We are looking for an experienced Accountant with prior UAE experience to manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local financial regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle accounting responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Strong inventory management knowledge- physical stock, batches, FIFO
- Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Take carry of day-to-day transactions- sales, purchase, expenses, banking
- Have HR knowledge to provide leave details, renewal of visa, medical insurance
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Must have own valid UAE visa
