Job Description
PJT Partners is seeking to hire a compliance professional covering business lines operating on behalf of PJT Partners (Saudi Arabia). This is a stand-alone role reporting to the Head of Compliance for the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Ensure policies meet local regulatory expectations.
- Advise Strategic Advisory and Restructuring teams on execution.
- Facilitate interactions with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Monitor licensing and registration requirements.
- Advise the firm on regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide local support for Finance and Operations functions.
- Connect the Saudi team with global operations in London and New York.
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience as a compliance professional.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong knowledge of CMA rules and procedures.
- Familiarity with M&A and fund marketing services.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
