Job Description
TripleTen is looking for a Financial Analyst (HR Analytics) to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data-backed decision-making in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and budgeting
- Reconcile HR data with financial systems
- Maintain HR financial dashboards
- Translate data into insights for leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Solid knowledge of accounting processes (payroll, accruals)
- Clear communication skills
