E-Scooter Sales & Repair executive
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated E-Scooter Sales & Repair Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling e-scooters and basic repair/maintenance. Key Responsibilities include selling e-scooters, diagnosing repairs, and routine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Sell e-scooters and accessories to walk-in customers
- Explain product features and benefits clearly
- Diagnose and repair basic e-scooter issues (battery, motor, controller, brakes, wiring)
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support
- Maintain stock and workshop cleanliness
Qualifications
- Experience in e-scooter or electric bike sales/repair (preferred)
- Basic technical knowledge of electric scooters
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- English required (Arabic is an advantage)
