Paid Search Acquisition Manager
Job Description
QIMA is looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to optimize, run, and evolve QIMA’s paid acquisition engine at a global level. You will be accountable for pipeline contribution, cost efficiency, and conversion performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Responsibilities
- Define QIMA’s central paid acquisition strategy
- Own paid acquisition performance across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
- Lead continuous optimization and test-and-learn programs
- Optimize cost per lead and conversion rates
- Manage budget allocation by ROI
- Leverage AI and automation for testing velocity
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset
- Proven ability to optimize business outcomes (SQLs, pipeline, ROI)
- Fluency in English
- Strong experience managing B2B paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
