Job Description
The Retail Coordinator is responsible for distributing and arranging merchandise to maximize space and comply with company guidelines. You will assist Sales Associates, replenish stocks, and ensure the right visual environment is maintained at all times. The role involves coordination with the Stock Keeper for product rotation and maintaining floor tidiness.
Responsibilities
- Distribute and arrange merchandise by making the most of available space while complying with the company guidelines
- Assist Sales Associates in client servicing as requested
- Replenish on a continuous basis the stocks on the shelves
- Work with Sales Associates to ensure the right visual environment is created and maintained
- Coordinate with the Stock Keeper for appropriate product rotation
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the shelves and floor at all times
Qualifications
- High School Degree
- 1 - 2 years of experience in visual merchandising
