Product Operations and Data Manager - Dubai
Job Description
We are looking for a hands on Product Operations and Data Manager who takes ownership of product related processes from start to finish. You will be the central link between product data, IT, sales, and management. Your focus is making sure new products are set up correctly across all systems and that sales always works with clean up to date data.
Responsibilities
- Collect all product data proactively from suppliers and stakeholders
- Validate VPE units, sizes, weights, and logic
- Prepare EK and VK pricing proposals and align with management
- Create and maintain articles in Atrify independently
- Coordinate with IT to ensure new products are visible in sales dashboards
- Update product catalogues and distribution materials
- Update email templates and product content in HubSpot
- Act as the operational interface between management, IT, and sales
Qualifications
- Strong ownership mindset
- Structured and careful way of working
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with product data operations or similar roles
- Ability to work independently
- English is required
