Job Description
Support the CEO in driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance. Acts as second-in-command ensuring execution of corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in developing and executing corporate strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments
- Drive performance management systems and transformation initiatives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide leadership and guidance to senior management team
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance
- Assume CEO responsibilities in their absence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience
