Senior Executive, B2B Support / Fast Telco Subsidiary of Ooredoo Kuwait
Job Description
Provide 1st level support and technical assistance for incoming queries related to B2B customers and 2nd level support for the B2C team.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient support for B2B customers over the phone
- Follow-up on progress of complaints and inform customers
- Troubleshoot equipment related to DSL, GPON, Fiber, and 4G
- Execute additional configuration as per customer request
- Monitor backbone links and network equipment
- Escalate non-resolved cases to concerned departments
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT
- CCNA (Mandatory)
- CCNP (Mandatory)
