Job Description

Provide 1st level support and technical assistance for incoming queries related to B2B customers and 2nd level support for the B2C team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient support for B2B customers over the phone
  • Follow-up on progress of complaints and inform customers
  • Troubleshoot equipment related to DSL, GPON, Fiber, and 4G
  • Execute additional configuration as per customer request
  • Monitor backbone links and network equipment
  • Escalate non-resolved cases to concerned departments

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT
  • CCNA (Mandatory)
  • CCNP (Mandatory)
