Assistant to VP – CEO Office (Temporary – Maternity Leave Cover)
Job Description
Provide administrative and logistical support to the VP – CEO Office and CEO, including arranging travel, preparing itineraries, and coordinating bookings. This is a maternity leave cover.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar
- Support the preparation of agendas, reports, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and internal departments
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in record-keeping and filing
