Aramco-Certified Pipeline Coating QC Inspector
Job Description
We are urgently hiring Saudi Aramco-Certified Pipeline Coating QC Inspectors with proven experience in oil & gas pipeline coating projects (onshore & offshore). Profiles without VALID Saudi Aramco approval for QC inspection will NOT be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for pipeline coating works
- Inspect and verify surface preparation & blasting
- Perform coating inspection tests (DFT, Holiday/Spark testing, Adhesion testing)
- Ensure strict adherence to Aramco coating specifications and ITPs
- Raise NCRs and monitor corrective actions
- Review and approve coating procedures and method statements
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and QC documentation
- Enforce HSE standards during all coating activities
Qualifications
- Valid Saudi Aramco-Approved QC Inspector Certification (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pipeline coating inspection
- NACE Level 1 / 2 / 3 OR BGAS Certification (Mandatory)
