Personal Service Technician
Job Description
The PST is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality within the workshop, conducting diagnostic and corrective maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interaction from booking to invoice
- Perform diagnostics, general repairs, and periodic maintenance
- Handle warranty processes and insurance documentation
- Ensure maintenance of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Provide on-the-job training to junior technicians
Qualifications
- IMI LV Master Technician (L3-4) or equivalent
- Diagnostic Master or Gold Level Certification
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician
