Job Description
Burtplace General Contracting is seeking a Camp Boss to manage the daily operations of the labor camp and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment in compliance with UAE regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily labor camp operations and staff
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Handle workers’ concerns and welfare issues
- Coordinate with HR and site management on accommodation matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor camp regulations
Qualifications
- Male candidate of Arab nationality/background
- Native Arabic speaker is mandatory; basic English is an advantage
- Experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in construction camps
- Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and safety standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
