Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations within a clinical or healthcare environment. This role focuses on administrative efficiency, staff coordination, and business operations, ensuring processes align with healthcare standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate schedules and meetings
- Ensure administrative processes align with HIPAA standards
- Supervise administrative and support staff
- Oversee invoicing, payroll coordination, and budget support
- Manage office systems, databases, and document control
- Coordinate with IT and facility vendors
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a medical clinic, healthcare facility, or clinical office
- Minimum 2 years of office management or administrative leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred
