Revenue Manager
Job Description
As Revenue Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to optimize our revenue performance across a property and achieve our business goals. You will formulate and execute revenue strategies, identify market trends, and collaborate closely with the executive team on forecast and pricing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue management strategies for the property
- Conduct market analysis and performance benchmarking
- Lead the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings
- Develop topline revenue forecasts
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory
- Mentor, coach and develop junior team members
- Drive market share and optimize RevPAR
- Ensure data quality and system hygiene of Distribution applications
- Support the budgetary process and yearly strategy
- Update rates and restrictions throughout all distribution channels
- Monitor competition business sources and segments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a revenue manager role
- Previous working experience in Red Sea destinations (Sharm El Sheikh / Hurghada)
- Strong background in resort revenue management and reservations
