Assistant Relationship Manager - Private Banking
Job Description
The Assistant Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers in the delivery of service to a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients. Responsibilities include managing documentation, onboarding, account opening, and acting as a secondary point of contact for clients within an international private asset manager.
Responsibilities
- Support RMs with day-to-day management of HNW/UHNW client portfolios
- Coordinate and process KYC, onboarding, and periodic reviews
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Act as a secondary point of contact for client enquiries
- Liaise with compliance, legal, and operations teams
- Support RMs with client reporting and credit requests
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years' experience as an ARM/Client Service Officer in private banking
- Strong understanding of KYC, CDD/EDD, and account-opening procedures
- Experience handling foundations, corporates, and offshore entities
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and AML guidelines
