Female Behavioral Therapist
Job Description
Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, seeking a skilled and experienced Behavior Therapist to join their team. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment, and intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
- Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Assist with parent and caregiver training
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Prepare client materials as instructed
- Collaborate with treatment team
- Documents patient care services by charting in records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist
- Valid license or registration to practice as a Behavior Therapist
- Experience working with individuals with autism is highly desirable
- ABA, IBT, or equivalent certification is required
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required
