Job Description
The Junior Restaurant Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and back-office operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry for sales and expenses
- Maintain records for invoices, receipts, and staff files
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain delivery documentation
- Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, preferably in restaurant or hospitality
- Basic understanding of payroll processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
