Job Description
As a Functional Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting supply chain software solutions for international customers. This role involves frequent travel mainly to the US (up to 75%).
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure systems and perform data loading and testing
- Prepare functional documents, SOPs, and user manuals
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities
- Deliver customer training and demonstrations
- Support customers with functional issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience
