ITS Advisor
Job Description
Responsibility for providing strategic ITS and organisational advice to maintain Qatar's position as a leader in RMC operations. Identify and analyse international ITS technology and operational best practice and assess benefits and relevance for implementing in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, update and track the ROMD ITS Strategy
- Support the transition to performance based framework contracts
- Develop and implement robust KPI measuring and reporting
- Technical authority for RMC systems projects
- Lead the analysis and solutioneering for complex ITS engineering problems
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 25 years’ cumulative experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in ITS area
