Stock Controller team leader
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and managing the stock control operations, ensuring inventory levels are accurately maintained and optimized. Leading a team of stock controllers and implementing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the stock control team
- Develop and implement stock control processes
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and sales departments
- Identify trends and report on stock-related KPIs
- Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in stock control or inventory management
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
