Information Technology Support Engineer
Job Description
The IT Support Engineer provides first- and second-line technical support to ensure the reliable operation of IT systems, applications, and end-user devices. This role focuses on efficient incident resolution, system maintenance, and supporting overall business productivity.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Resolve incidents and service requests; escalate when required
- Maintain tickets, documentation, and asset records
Qualifications
- Saudi Nationals preferred
- Relevant certifications are a plus
