Junior Research Consultant - DACH (m/f/d)
Job Description
Appinio is seeking a Junior Research Consultant to advise and coach clients through the entire market research process. You will design studies, create questionnaires, and interpret results to provide actionable recommendations, integrating AI tools into the research lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on market research methodology and adaptation
- Design bespoke questionnaires (U&A, tracking, MaxDiff, etc.)
- Interpret research results and provide hands-on recommendations
- Collaborate with sales on implementation for new customers
- Integrate AI tools into the research process
Qualifications
- Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quantitative market research
- Fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level)
