Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Program Managers to manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives within a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. Each Program Manager will oversee 3–4 active projects or programs, working closely with cross-functional delivery pods while reporting into the PMO Lead.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program and project lifecycles
- Oversee and coordinate 3–4 parallel projects/programs
- Work closely with cross-functional pods including engineering, data, product, and operations
- Report program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to PMO Lead
- Proactively identify risks and issues
- Maintain delivery governance, documentation, and reporting standards
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in project or program management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
