Job Description
SAJA Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Market Access Manager – Oncology. The role ensures optimal pricing, reimbursement, formulary inclusion, and sustainable access across key institutions in Saudi Arabia. Manages regulatory, pricing, payer, and tender pathways.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated Market Access strategies for oncology
- Lead pricing strategy including benchmarking and simulations
- Prepare and submit pricing and reimbursement dossiers
- Build pre-launch access plans and payer engagement strategies
- Develop competitive tender (NUPCO) strategies
- Drive formulary listings with MOH clusters and major oncology centers
- Track regulatory updates and oncology policy changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 3–5 years in Market Access preferably in oncology
- Arabic native speaker
- Advanced English speaker
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Saudi healthcare
