Job Description
Dominant Digital Distribution FZCO is a Dubai-based ICT distributor focused on delivering enterprise-grade IT, CCTV, data infrastructure and IoT solutions across the GCC. The Sales Manager will own and accelerate revenue growth for assigned product lines and channel partners, driving new business, nurturing existing relationships, and representing our portfolio (including data-storage, security, networking and IoT solutions) to enterprise and reseller customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned territories and product lines.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers and system integrators; recruit and enable new partners.
- Prospect, qualify and close direct enterprise and large-account deals; manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract.
- Work closely with product managers and technical teams to organize product trainings, demos, POCs and partner roadshows.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial terms; negotiate pricing, SLAs and contracts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report on sales performance and market feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop localized campaigns, events and account-based activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide actionable insights to leadership and product teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and channel roadshows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in ICT, data infrastructure, security, CCTV, cloud or IoT distribution (channel + direct sales).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise deals.
- Experience managing channel partners, distributor/reseller networks.
- Strong commercial skills: proposal writing, contract negotiation, pricing strategy.
- Familiarity with product categories such as object storage, backup, IAM, networking, and IoT hardware/software is a strong plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; Arabic or other regional language is an advantage.
- Comfortable with travel across the GCC for customer visits, partner training and events.
