Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions at Gulf Beauty KSA, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, managing HR operations, government relations and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee information in the ROOTS HR system
- Manage attendance, leaves, and absences
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and government-related entities
- Process government procedures including visa renewals and Iqama issuance
- Administer the company’s medical insurance programme
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll for salary processing via WPS
- Prepare monthly reports on probation, contract renewals, and Saudization levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
